Dozens of selections from Cabico’s upgraded Unique series are included in your home’s standard cabinet package, allowing for more custom flexibility for your convenience. Coordinating your cabinetry selections directly with our kitchen designer is essential to your penthouse home.
Our Design Team will be happy to coordinate and assist in the creation of your desired *layouts for kitchen and bathrooms with our project’s locally owned and operated sub-contractor, Olde World Cabinetry.
Superior Hard Surfaces
No home is complete without exquisite countertops. Our customization program allows selections from industry known brands such as *MSI and *Cambria. Our Sales Center includes multiple large samples to review when completing your home’s interior finishes.
The penthouse units include upgraded Cambria finishes in the Kitchen and Master Bathroom. Level 2 Granite or Quartz selections are standard in the guest bathrooms and laundry room. Two standard edge profiles are also available to complete your home’s design trend: T-Edge and Half Bullnose.
Quality Tile and Flooring
We understand our owner’s needs for options. That’s why we’ve pre-selected from thousands of *tile, carpet, and *wood flooring lines to bring you the best performing flooring selections available. All penthouse main living areas come with upgraded tile options, including natural stone, while bedroom spaces are planned for lush carpeting with the opportunity to add tile or hardwood flooring.
Our Design Team will help you sort through our many samples of tile, wood flooring and mosaics to complete your home’s design. With multiple color ways and sizes in most samples, there’s a selection available for all design preferences.
Distinctive Plumbing
Your home’s interior is all about the details. Our Design Team has built several plumbing packages to select from in Chrome or *Brushed Nickel with standard finishes included in the Purist and Margaux collections. All packages are comprised of coordinating Kohler fixtures giving you a complete look throughout your home without the hassle of selecting each fixture yourself. A 66” freestanding tub is standard in every Master Bathroom and upgraded shower additions are available to create a customized and luxurious experience unique to your home.
